Good product, poor packaging, no support for linux/raid

Pros: - Quiet operation and low power usage
- Drive can be prepped for Linux and/or RAID use: enable TLER (using wdtler.exe) and modify/disable default heads parking after 8 sec (using wdidle3.exe)
Cons: - Comes in blister package without bubble wrap, if ordered online hope it's not DOA because of shipping
- Linux and/or RAID NAS users are on their own - no support from WD at all
