Summary: I purchased the WD200BB to replace a 2.1 gig Western Digital that went through hell and still operates flawlessly today. The new drive made my old P133 50% speedier. I recently built an Athlon 1.4 and moved the 200BB to the new computer as the master boot drive. The drive performs well and stores data flawlessy.

Summary: bought it.easy to setup...configure....about 30 days after purchase....crashed....couldnt low-level....it was toast.....replacemnt was at my door less than a wk later....that too crashed less than a month after using it.....I've used just about every possible drive in my machine and the only problems I have are with that particualr model.....who knows??? Kudos to tech support for resolving the issue quickly...but 3 drives??? this is ridiculous

Summary: I bought 2 of these drives at Sam's Club for $90 each and a $40 rebate and have them set up on an Abit KT7A raid w/a 1.1 Thunderbird OC'd @ 1.25. Running them on a raid 0 config these drives SMOKE! They're quiet as heck and are fast as a mother. The install program wasn't needed, but makes drive setup a breeze! You can't beat these drives if your're satisfied with 20 gigs of storage.....more lata's Bruddah!
