Really is Total Protection

Summary: After removing my Norton 2006 programs, I installed the Total Protection and boy did it protect. So much so I couldn't access the internet or my network. Even completely disabling the firewall program I could not access anything. Looked for a number to call for support - none, but they do have online help, but since accessing the internet was the problem... So I reinstalled it 2 more times with the same results. It was so tight it wouldn't register itself. After wasting 5 hours trying to get it to work, I reinstalled my old Norton and everything works fine again. Will now try to get Compusa to honor the 30 day money back guarantee.
