Cons: The dongle if very small and not replaceable. If anyone can help me get it replaced I would love it. I called Kensington for a replacement. SORRY. SOL. Buy a new keyboard and mouse was there answer in suport. This is un-acceptable.

Pros: Worked right out of the box, fully compatible with Apple 10.4, feels great under my fingers, no glitches after three weeks in the home theater.
Cons: Very pricey! I didn't want to pay $130+ for a wireless keyboard and mouse!

Summary: My only complaint about this little setup is that it was too pricey for a wireless keyboard and mouse. I opened it up, connected the dongle to my Apple Mac Mini, fired it up, and immediately was prompted to go through the process of identifying the keyboard - press three keys and I'm done! I use this kit in my living room for a home theater, comprised of an old G4 Apple Mac Mini, HP VP6320 video projector, $19 computer speakers, and the wireless keyboard and mouse. Since my cordless phone is 5.8Ghz, and I don't have anything else in the living room to compete for the 2.4 Ghz channels, this kit works without a hitch! I am very glad I bought it, although I would have bought it much sooner if it were priced more realistically. I bought it at the local Office Depot for $130 plus tax. The keys feel great under my fingers; the keyboard and mouse are heavy, with a substantial feel under my hands. It is small in size yet with full-sized keys, so it types fast while taking up a very small footprint. This set is great for an Apple! I will play with the range this weekend.

I've been using this set for a few months now, with no problems. It works great with an old Mac Mini. - Woody Fairley

Summary: this keyboard is so error prone it defies my imagination. The caps lock key mysteriously engages nearly 80% of the time I use left side SHIFT. (I did several tests and it's not a slip of my fingers, it could actually be the membrane triggering caps from the shift key). Also a large number of missed keystrokes and mispellings every time I move the keyboard further than 1.5 feet away from the USB key. Oh well looks great...but goes to show looks are not everything....back to Logitech!
