Love this keyboard but the keys are "sticky"
by GuardianGanthet on December 10, 2011
Pros: It has a power switch on the back, which lets me clean it without typing random letters. The wrist rest part of the keyboard is very comfortable. The batteries seem to last forever. I use it with the Logitech M705 "Marathon Mouse" which works great.
Cons: SOmetimes the keys seem to "stick" partway down. It's not one key rubbing against another. Sometimes if I hit a key lightly it won't type the letter. The rest of the keyboard is great but this problem has me a little dissatisfied.

Summary: I'm a big fan of Logitech products and this new comfort keyboard is one of the best. Coupled with the sleek M505 mouse and unifying receiver, it is a great package. I can see how it would be useful for a laptop user, but I'm using it on my PC at work. Great key feel, lots of shortcuts, superb battery life and more, what's not to like? Not as extremely shaped as the Wave keyboard (have this at home), the layout and customization is just right for me. The software is a breeze to set up as well.
Awesome product Logitech (now make it Mac compatible)!

Nicely designed and good feel to both keybd and mouse.
by Uphill_Skier on December 8, 2011
Pros: I like ergo keyboards. This is my second one and its much improved except for being a bit close together for my big hands Mouse is essentially the same as my earlier logitech wireless one, but software is improved for control of mouse.
Cons: Set up was not easy, even though K350 was replacement for earlier logitech's. Installation software could not automatically delete the older software, nor overwrite it. Required 4 reboots to uninstall manually the older software.

Required 4 reboots to uninstall manually the older pieces of software so that this new software would install. AND very tricky to uninstall old software and still have some control over your mouse so that computer was functioning well enough to navigate boot up and new instal.

Good, but has it's quirks, use it w/trackball & Mouse
by SJenkinsTX on March 7, 2011
Pros: I liked the idea of the unifying RXvr system, needed to buy new keyboard, old Logitech died after 8 years. Feel is good and functions fine (after I found work around for quirks).
Cons: Quirks: Programmable keys don't alway do what they're supposed to. Example: Reprogramed Media Center key to bring up Outlook Email. When pressed for the first time after booting or setting a while it aways brought up Media Center instead.

Summary: Trial and error has shown, as found in other forums that keyboard seems to go to sleep while on my desktop pc. Found that if I hit the space bar a time or two, then press my programed keys all is well. Had to get trackball so I could use right hand while in a sling for 3 months. Worked w/friends MS wave and found it uncomfortable, this one feels good, and while stuck with 1 handed typing didn't have trouble with curve. Needed programable keyboard, mouse, and trackball (on same USB port. I did have to go online and get alternate version of software, as version that came with keyboard and trackball wouldn't work, after that it has certainly filled the bill. Side note, now the wife can use the mouse for gaming at the same time I use the trackball, don't have to swap back and forth.

Great keyboard!
by hunandude on August 5, 2011
Pros: Natural-feeling curve, quiet keys, comfortable, unifying receiver
Cons: No major ones, not the most portable keyboard due to media keys placement and non-detachable palmrest.

works like a charm
by zdevil78 on March 15, 2011
Pros: took about a minute to install. My last wireless keyboard (which I returned) kept shutting off and requiring me to turn it off and on, or unplug and replug the USB key, etc. This keyboard and mouse worked from the very get go and has not given me any pr
Cons: none, really. I guess my only gripe is I wish the universal USB key worked w/ my logitec headset.

Great keyboard, except for the ergonomics
by A_Joy on August 21, 2011
Pros: Loved the dedicated media keys.
Cons: Wrists hurt after 5 minutes of use. There really isn't much to the ergonomics of this keyboard, just a VERY slight curve that makes it "look" ergonomic. If you've every had problems with your wrists, give this one a pass.
Summary: I really wanted to love this keyboard as my old MS one needs replaced, but it just wasn't to be. Returned it after one day because my wrists were ...

Summary: I really wanted to love this keyboard as my old MS one needs replaced, but it just wasn't to be. Returned it after one day because my wrists were killing me...as bad as if I were typing on a straight keyboard. Only thing I liked about it were the dedicated media keys--easier to use than on my old MS keyboard.

Logitech hates mac users!!! Provocative... true but,
by wolbrom on August 13, 2010
Pros: The over all design is wonderful. (I have the older version of this keyboard that is why I got the updated version) the key feel is good and the overall look too.
Cons: NO MAC SUPPORT!!!!!!! No mac user support!!! and No help in working out a workaround even when the user is willing to help Logitech do the work!

Summary: The crazy part is that this dam thing works but only if you remove their LCC software. the keys map correctly and all the media keys work just fine (under 10.6.4). However if you use any of Logitech's mice you can no longer program them. So you have a choice, ether program the mouse and pic a different keyboard (taking up a valuable USB port) or remove the software and just use the basic mouse functions.
Neither choice is a good one!!
I gave the keyboard 2 stars because it is what I want... But I think Logitech deserves only a quarter star for the lack of support of the mac.
I, for one, will not be recommending ANY of their products to my clients.
BTW to add insult to injury with regard to this issue Logitech in their wisdom closed the forum posts where users of this keyboard were discussing ways of working on this issue. Take a look: http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Keyboard-and-Keyboard-Mice/K350-wireless-keyboard-on-a-Mac/m-p/461837
You tell me does any of this make sense?
