Fingerprints aside, best keyboard out there.
by Tombo_H on August 2, 2011
Pros: Excellent feel while typing.
Never needs batteries.
Full-sized, includes numpad
Includes a light sensor, which you can have some fun with.
Very slim and attractive, but...
Cons: Fingerprints and dust seem to me to be extremely visible on the glossy black finish.
It also seems to be a dust magnet.

Summary: This keyboard is very beautiful., In my opinion, it looks somewhat like an apple product, but more functional. Typing on it is a great experience. I am typing on it to write this reveiw, and I can tell you I am able to type much faster on this keyboard. Keep in mind that this keyboard had a short key-travel, and "chiclet style" keys, making it feel like a laptop keyboard, while being spacious and more comforstable. This means that people who are used to more old fashioned keyboards, or ones with high key-travel may not enjoy this product as much. You should know what kind of keyboard is your favorite before you go shopping for a new one, because a keyboard is an important choice in your computing needs. The keys are not flat like on many laptops though, they are concave, so they are like pillows for your fingers.
As has been my experiences with all Logitech products, I have never had any problems at all in the performance of this product. The only problem at all with this keyboard is that fingerprints are a boon of mine, and they abound on this glossy surface. f I would recommend this to anyone who likes a laptop style keyboard, but wants and upgrade from the one stuck on their computer.
Happy typing!

Has its upside... and its downside
by undone11 on February 1, 2013
Pros: With solar, you never have to worry about batteries. The keyboard holds a charge well and contains all the usual function keys. It comes with is a special app and key that, when pushed, provides a pop-up window with remaining energy charge life.
Cons: The biggest problem I have with the keyboard is the tinny sounding keys. They click like cheap plastic and it is annoying to me. And while the glossy body is pretty, it is a fingerprint magnet. Every stray piece of dust or lint is clearly visible.
Summary: Overall, the keyboard is convenient with its wireless solar design. The pairing to the dongle worked like a charm. For me, however, the annoying click of keys is a deal-breaker. ...

Summary: Overall, the keyboard is convenient with its wireless solar design. The pairing to the dongle worked like a charm. For me, however, the annoying click of keys is a deal-breaker. With so many other keyboard options to choose from, this one is going back to the store in pursuit of another that feels and "sounds" of better quality, albeit probably not solar powered.

Looking for a new keyboard? You can stop at the K750.
by Fiorina161 on January 25, 2013
Pros: Sturdy form, you may think that you have some flex in the keyboard if you have the legs up. But, unless your driving your fingers into the board. You won't notice anything. Light weight. Easy to move. Easy to set up. Logitech hasn't let me down yet.
Cons: No lights to let you know that your caps & number locks are on or off. You do get on screen notification if you change them. But, a couple of LED lights would hurt the battery consumption. Glossy surface - clean freaks beware. No attached palm rest.
Summary: This is my third keyboard in the past 12 years. I've had basic keyboards, wired & wireless keyboards, and illuminated keyboards. And, I consider myself a little picky as ...

Summary: This is my third keyboard in the past 12 years. I've had basic keyboards, wired & wireless keyboards, and illuminated keyboards. And, I consider myself a little picky as far as the keys are concerned. I like a certain feel and a certain sound. I found this keyboard about 3 months ago. I read up on it. Checked some reviews. And, became very interested in the board itself. Well, I finally had the chance to see one up close and test it out. I liked it so much I bought it. I have between 5 & 7 Logitech items around my house. They've never let me down. They keep making advances in design and functionality.
After getting this home and setting it up. It was time to give it the road test. Really see what it could do. I expected the glossy surface and the lack of a palm rest. What I didn't expect was the lack of notification lights for the caps & number lock keys. I feel that a couple of low cost energy sipping LED lights would fit this sweet little bit of tech nicely. There is an on screen notifier if you change it accidentally. But, when you turn it own. There is that bit of mystery. Are the locked or not? There is little to no flexing of the board itself when the legs are down. Which is a good thing. When the legs are up, the rubber feet prevent your keyboard from sliding away from you. But, when the legs are down. You may get a little movement from time to time. Because, there is no rubber surface on the foot part of the leg.
So, other a few minor quirks. This is a very good keyboard. And, being equipped with a unifying Bluetooth receiver. Is a very nice addition. Now I just need to get my Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse.

Won't hold charge defeating the purpose of it's design
by TRColes on December 12, 2012
Pros: nice keys - I wish the keyboard had the charge to use them
Cons: The battery application reports low charge after days turned off sitting in the sun. It may then suddenly report high charge but quickly drop charge again. It has battery issues and only works running on battery
Summary: I only use the keyboard lightly and mostly in the evening. I have had the keyboard about 4 months and it sit in the sun when not in use. Given ...

Summary: Worked great the first 2 months. I guess the battery came fully charged. Now, it doesn't hold a charge, and I get really good light in my room. Every couple of days, I have to leave it outside in direct sunlight from early morning till end of the day. That'll give me about 2-3 days before I have to do the same thing again. It's a nice light easy to use keyboard, just wish they hadn't skimped out on the cheap battery, or had made it wired if it's not possible to have a battery hold a charge for anything as big as a keyboard.

Looks like a Mercedes, runs like a Yugo...
by rse771 on February 11, 2012
Pros: Well designed, looks sharp, wireless connection works great.
Cons: The battery has never charged up more than 81% and the keyboard is in a well lit up area plus I use a desk lamp to keep the keyboard charged up to this percentage. Takes days to charge up, could go on but only have 250 characters to work with...
Summary: First Logitech devise I'm not enjoying at all, I won't buy another solar keyboard again, what a headache the K750 has been for me.

Does everything exactly as advertised!
by bigred510 on January 20, 2012
Pros: - Logitech doesn't exaggerate about battery life.
- Only once or twice in 6 months of owning the keyboard have I seen the meter below 100%
- Keys are very comfortable and quiet.
- F-keys are very useful.
- Ridiculously thin.
Cons: - Shows fingerprints, scratches, and water spots very quickly.I clean it every week or so and this seems to keep it in reasonable shape.
Summary: Absolutely worth buying. It is so nice never having to worry about plugging in the keyboard or worrying about batteries. That feature cannot be overrated.

For fast typists, this is wonderful.
by rdelfin on August 27, 2011
Pros: Super slick, elegant, no batteries needed (ever) and a pleasure to type in.
Cons: Nowadays bluetooth connectivity is becoming a norm. This keyboard should have had come with bluetooth in order to avoid having to use one of your USB ports for the diminutive dongle; price could be lower.
Summary: Profile of this keyboard is truly thin and it does feel like a high quality device. For those who look and feel is as important as functionality (I'm looking ...

Summary: Profile of this keyboard is truly thin and it does feel like a high quality device. For those who look and feel is as important as functionality (I'm looking at you Apple fanboys), this keyboard is not going to do a disservice to your chic setups (mac version of this is already available for purchase at Logitech's website).
Keys are so comfortable and nice to type with. I would definitively recommend this product and if you look around, you might find it for 60 bucks.

+Logitech Unifying receiver allows you to connect up to 6 wireless devices with a single transmitter.
+Useful function keys are fully customizable via Logitech's SetPoint configuration software. Users can also choose to disable the Windows, Caps Lock, Insert, and Numberlock keys if they so choose.
-SetPoint software has reset my custom mapped functions.
It is my favorite keyboard.
