The good: Easy-to-adjust keyboard height and angle; split keyboard design with raised center makes for comfortable typing; programmable quick-launch keys cut down on mousing; unique mouse design keeps wrist at a neutral angle.
The bad: Keys and scroll wheel offer a bit too much resistance for ultimate comfort; mouse is right-handed only; inconvenient thumb-button placement.
The bottom line: Though it may not offer much relief from clinical repetitive stress injuries, the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000 will satisfy users who want a slightly more comfortable keyboard and mouse than the one that came with their computer.
Cons: crappy space bar, bulky and un-user friendly mouse

Summary: Keyboard Appearance: Design looks good Functionality: Spacebar need to improve, pressing from extreme left of right corner is not smooth, it’s irritated. Keeping the conventional key positioning is excellent, (insert, del, home, end, p.up p.dpwn) Shortcut key design is good and practical, outstand with different color Palm rest design is comfortable and zoom slider is cool to have
Mouse Appearance: looks too bulky Functionality: comfortable to hold and with very good gripping however a high degree of arm movement needed for moving the curser, it’s tiring. Need more practice for precision clicking. Side button positioning is not user friendly. Hardly reach when needed.
Pros: Great for those who are used to the original white wired MS Natural Keyboards. Keys are huge and tactile movement. Lots of functional buttons to use to speed up access to apps. Keeps my wrists in good position.
Cons: POOR quality print transfers on the buttons. My keyboard letters and numbers faded within 1 year of use. Now there is literally no white markers on the keys to tell me what the keys are.

Summary: Tried to get MS to replace them but they refused on the basis of wear and tear. I said it was bad material design and should not fade so quick but they just ignored the issue.
Notwithstanding the problem of the faded numbers and letters, I got another one to replace it. I need and cannot live without an ergonomic keyboard. I tried the other designs by MS as well as Logitech but I keep coming back to the Natural Ergonomic design layout. I am waiting and hoping that sooner rather than later that someone comes up with a truly efficient but comfortable ergonomically designed keyboard that is comfortable for everyday use.

Summary: I bought this as a replacement for an older ergoboard that I had worn out. Upon installation, I noticed that the keys require a firm depression to get the letter/# to work. The 'K' key is the worst on this board. The space bar is extremely noisy. The letters have worn off several keys from having to press so hard and I've only had this about 7 months. The keys have not become easier to depress with use.
The mouse is comfortable to use but with the batteries inserted, it is almost too heavy to use. I have a large hand, so the button placement on the mouse isn't an issue. The wireless is easy to install, and I've had no problems with connectivity or lag/skipping.
I have a wired MS 4000 ergoboard at work that I've had no problems at all with. If you really want a MS ergo, get the wired 4000.
After all of the above, I'm looking at purchasing either the Logitech Wireless Ergo or the Logitech Wave. They make good products and won't aggravate my rheumatoid arthritis.
Cons: mouse thumb buttons/bad location/used to them now

Summary: I have been using ergo keyboards and mice for years. As far as the ergonomic design I feel this is the most superior product on the market if ergo's are for you this is the one to get. If you are looking for some comfort in a less daramatic design there are many more fine options.
Description:The innovative shape of the keyboard and mouse encourage a more natural hand, wrist, and forearm posture. Don't overlook the importance of using an ergonomic desktop - it is an important part of making your time on the computer more comfortable and more productive.
