The good: Cherry Blue switches offer satisfying tactility with every click; cheaper than most mechanical-switch keyboards; durable braided cord; small footprint.
The bad: Lacks extra USB ports.
The bottom line: Mechanical keyboards are gaining popularity in circles that miss the tactility of the original IBM Model M, and Rosewill introduces an inexpensive version in the RK-9000. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of competitors like Das Keyboard, but the Cherry Blue switches, molded keycaps, and simple-yet-durable design make the Rosewill RK-9000 an excellent, affordable product to start your click-clack keyboard addiction.

Great keyboard... while it lasted

Pros: Excellent feel. Cool design.
Cons: Broke after three weeks. USB will not connect. Many other users on Newegg had this same problem. Don't buy! It's not worth the risk and the time!

Great mechanical keyboard at a fantastic price

Pros: Cherry MX Blue switches. Great build quality. Excellent key feel, comfortable to type on for longer periods of time. Laser etched keycaps are more durable than the pad printing most keyboards use. Braided USB cord is a nice touch.
Cons: No frills. No PS/2 adapter in the box for N-key rollover (99 cents online though).

Summary: Fantastic price considering the build quality. A keyboard's primary purpose is typing, and through a well made Cherry MX Blue keyboard, you get longevity, tactile feedback, consistency of actuation & earlier actuation, and audible feedback- all of which contribute to a longer lasting keyboard that is more comfortable to type on. Competitors have small touches but are nearly twice the price- as such, I highly recommend the RK-9000 as a result.
