Works great about 5% of the time, other 95% it doesn't

Pros: When the product is working, it is mostly great. The mouse sometimes needs to be re-synced. Being able to remotely connect to my servers without having to stand at the rack is a great plus. It also uses Cat 5 cable to connect to it's SIM's.
Cons: I spend more time rebooting itthan I do using it. It's been replaced twice. 1st time, the replacement arrived in pieces. 2nd item had some problems as the original. Not looking forward to dealing with tech support and waiting for Tier 2 to call back.
Summary: Bottom line, if you need a device thats dependable, don't buy this product. I wish I would of spent a little more money to get a product that works. ...

Summary: Bottom line, if you need a device thats dependable, don't buy this product. I wish I would of spent a little more money to get a product that works. Now I'm stuck with a KVM switch that doesn't work most of the time, servers that each have KB's and mice plugged in directly, and a whole bunch of required SMB's that can't be used for anything else.
