Summary: I wrote this review once on the switchbox and somehow lost it to CNET's 'do you really want to give this a 1 dialog' It was so painful and took so many corrections that I have plugged my keyboard directly into my machine.
Mouse and Video work fine. But the keyboard is unuseable. In my lost review I typed the sentence "This is an example of missing text" and two spaces and three characters were lost. There is also a noticeable delay between typing and having characters appear. It primarily happens if you are touch typing but still happens sometimes if you slow it down.
I've tried two keyboards, one absolutely on their supported list, one newer. I've tried typing documents, typing code, sending emails and playing games. In every situation with each of the keyboards it was absolutely intolerable.
This should never have passed QA and should never have been put to market. If you type even moderately fast do not consider buying this device.
Cons: No PS2 ports for older computers, often loses the keyboard completely. Even when the keyboard works, it can't accept even moderately fast input without skipping characters. One of the USB ports on the hub portion was non-functional.
