Terrible product. do not purchase. lasted 9 months

Pros: 2 year warranty
Cons: The 2 year warranty means nothing. Broke after 9 months and company would not retrieve data. They said, "It is a back-up device, so you should also store your data somewhere else." I thought that was the products purpose. To keep data safe.

Easy to use and very pretty, but unreliable.

Pros: Minimalistic, clean design is excellent in a world of chunky, ugly external hard drives. It?s also very simple to use with no superfluous bells and whistles.
Cons: It?s unreliable. Mine has fizzled out three times in a year and a half, requiring me each time to restore the drive, erasing all my data. Today, I?m calling it quits and buying a drive from a different brand.

Excellent drive

Pros: Very compact and 320GB is more than enough for backup. Good price.
Cons: There is a lot of software just lying about on the drive when you get it. I personally don't like clutter. Not a huge deal though.
Summary: Would recommend and I am going to purchase another (Costco has a pretty good deal on them at the moment).
