The good: Economical LED engine; wireless connectivity; easy installation; prints high-quality color documents; supports manual duplexing.
The bad: Slow print speeds.

No paper tray - guts hang out.

Cons: Looks terrible once paper is loaded.

Absolutely worst service possible..throw away printer.

Pros: Decent printer until problem occurs.
Cons: No service....I mean none..tried working with Dell over 2 months and got no where. Buy at your own risk but I would not advise any Dell product. I have been a customer over 20 years with numerous products but never again.

Great printer if you take in it's lack of paper tray

Pros: It's so easy to install I don't remember installing it to my Dell MS 7 system. It's not fast, but it's nearly perfect.
Cons: It's lack of a proper paper tray may discourage some.

Summary: Not counting the paper tray, lack of, it's a flawless printer. I got it simply because my deskjet stopped working and the price was right. I plan on light use via USB and it's perfect for me. Had I been looking to use it for heavy or every day use, I would have gone with a color laser with a built in, enclosed paper tray.
