horrible service when buying toner, 3 week delay

Pros: printer was average quality, no breakdowns
Cons: impossible to get toner in reasonable timeframe

Summary: Ordered toner from dell for 2150 CDN, told me overnight delivery. didn't show up, called after 3 days, couldn't find order in system. After 1 1/2 hrs they finally located it, said it could take up to 3 weeks to receive. Tried for almost 6 hours to get someone to assist me... connected to India, Central America and Philippines... was cut off over and over again, approximately 12 - 14 times. Had to start over from beginning every time. Forwarded 3 times to disconnected number recording, associates unable to locate information in their system, and very difficult to communicate with associates. After wasting my entire day, finally gave up and decided to by another printer from another company. After buying 10 computers and 1 printer from Dell over the last 10 years, I've seen a huge transition from a great service company to a company with horrible service, poor communication skills, a phone system that disconnects you consistently, and very little concern about their customers... sad to see this happen, but I'll definitely never buy anything from Dell again.
