CORPORATE GREED AT ITS PEAK

Pros: low cost pages,,,,,,,,,,(really? could be much lower)
small footprint for its capabilities
somewhat fast
duplexing is a nice option

Cons: They sell you ink sticks that probably costs pennies a piece for over $500.00 for all 4 colors, what a RIP OFF.
they should include the full ink set in a machine that costs over $2K
Should be much much much faster for this price range.
Very noisy and clun

ended up buying the more expensive 8870 color cube thinking I'm gonna save over the long run, but the first unit shipped had damaged front panel, however, it was quickly replaced with a refurbished one????????? Refurbished???? why? I paid over $2000 for a brand new machine and you shipped a damaged one, and now I have a refurbished unit sitting at home........What did I do wrong?
This company better send me a new one or better yet send me a new printer, a full refund check and lifetime of replacement and repair for free and ink for free,,,,,,,,,,,LOL,,, I think its only fair,,,,,,,,,,,the way they sucker your money is unforgivable..............
Well the truth is, it is an okay printer, not better than the competition, just go with whichever brand you feel comfortable with.
