The good: The Samsung PX2370 performs better than the XL2370; it has additional and useful onscreen display options; it is reasonably priced.
The bad: The Samsung PX2370 lacks ergonomic features, has a dimmer maximum brightness level than the XL2370, and has a less intuitive onscreen display.
The bottom line: With more features and a better movie performance rating, the Samsung PX2370 improves--in most areas--on one of the best monitors we've reviewed.

As a TV monitor, it would be acceptable.

Pros: The color seems very good although the blacks aren't impressive in the least. Probably fine for video games or watching a movie on.
Cons: This monitor proves that 1080p spec can still look fuzzy when you simply look at letter within a word processor. My eyes would get very tired after just a few minutes of reading on this thing. It's Best Buy's highest end monitor that they stock? That's

Summary: If you want a computer monitor that you can use all day long that does not fatigue the eyes, this ain't it. If you want to watch TV shows or movies, it would be acceptable. The colors are pretty good but the clarity of small things like these letters that you're reading is horrible. Try a Dell Ultrasharp or perhaps a high end Multisync.
