  Summary: I got this mouse in a Dell computer bundle. It is pretty, but works dreadfully. The first unit I got suffered from Parkinson disease, and I had it replaced. The next presents a steady pointer, but the response is slow, clicks not always click, or sometimes do not unclick. An old roller does a better job. My opinion? Forget it.

  I wrote a very critical review about this product. All the trouble I was having was due to its very short range. The mouse was about 60 cm from the receiver, and it worked awfully. Using a USB cable extender I now have the mouse 30 cm from the receiver and it now works fine. But the problem is that I now have another cable on my desk - I got this mouse exactly because I wanted less cable...

  Really nice mouse!

  Pros: Can use while recharging. Recharges quickly. Automatically detected. No software needed.

  Cons: I would like some kind of softwar to tell me when it needs to be charged, instead of it just stop working.

  Summary: I recieved this mouse Tuesday 2/12, charged it for the required eight hours, plugged it in. The pointer worked briefly then stopped, the left, right buttons, and scroll wheel still work. The batteries were fully charged and there were no conflicts. I filled out the online Support Request at Targus.com and received the standard reply to check the batteries, connection, device manager, made sure there were no conflicts and replied to Targus that I had done that on Wednesday night and Thursday AM. I asked for a return and refund from Targus.com. I have yet to receive a reply from them as to what they are going to do. I am going out and buying the mouse that I wanted originally, the VX Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks.
  If you are thinking of this mouse, purchase it at a retail outlet and not the Targus.com web site, this way if it fails right out of the box. you have a place to return/exchange it for another if you really like it. Or go purchase a Logitech notebook mouse.
  I have used Logitech products for 10 years at the Middle School were I am the computer teacher and have had not problems of this nature with their mice or keyboards and students use.

  Good solid choice for notebooks or PC's

  Summary: I bought this after my wireless desktop mouse broke from one too many falls from the desk and i really like this mouse.
  
  It is small enough to be portable but big enough to be comfortable for everyday use.
  
  I love the on/off switch to conserve power and the fact that i can use it while it is charging. it seems like Targus was trying to make this as convenient to use as possible and they have met with a fairly large amount of success.
  
  the downside is that the buttons are rather basic and if you lose the cable then you are screwed because it is not attached.
  
  overall this is a nice otpion for a wireless mouse and it won't cost you a lot of money to get it.
