Don't use for business FAX reception

Pros: Probably works fine for surfing the net.
Cons: Won't hang up sometimes. Won't store auto-answer settings. Support is in India.
Summary: Get the old reliable 5686 external with the power supply. BTW! It won't come with the serial cable you'll need.
