  AWESOME PRODUCT!!!!!!!

  Summary: I bought this thinking cool, its a radio, lets try it and then 1 day I clicked it wrongly and it changed my music for me!!!! I was thrilled! So not having an AM band isnt that bad anymore! Trust me, this is one great product. You will LOVE not having to pull out your ipod anymore to change songs. just clip it to your jacket and you're good to go!

  Summary: though this looks like a typical well designed apple product, it's really a shame it's not compatible with older ipod models. apple wants people to just keep buying new models, and not support the older ones with accessories like this radio adapter and cases (no cases for the 20g colour in the apple store.)

  Great reception and easy to tune to stations

  Summary: All in all, since I've been wanting FM radio functionality since day one, I can live with the shortcomings. My original Nokia phone had an FM radio built in so I'd love a built in FM radio tuner on an iPod. The connector on first plug in did not go all the way into the docking connector so the reception wasn't that good and the volume was low. Once I even plugged into the iPod itself to see if the radio played and it did. Pushing the connector harder into the docking connector made the sound nice and loud and the reception is great. A couple of stations don't come in that well but they are the low wattage or they are too far away.
  The head phones did NOT come with ear bud covers so they slip out of my ears. I will need to find some to fix that.

  Nice Product, Great Design Too much cord

  Summary: I bought this today and I think it's very good. The reception is VERY VERY good, the RDS is a really cool feature, the remote is very small, good looking and the clip on the back is very handy. Another feature I think is very cool is that I can use it as a splitter so I can have my friends listening to my music without sharing headphones. I am having one major problem with the headphones and the remotes position, I can't put my iPod into my pocket and clip the remote on my belt because the headphone cord is WAY too short, it's actually about a foot shorter than the original iPod headphones(rather than "inches" as said on the Apple website). I also can use the remote with my iPod music selection which is really good, which works just as good as the radio. The dock connector part is alot smaller than the USB connector that comes which the iPod, which is nice. The two hold switches I could understand some people being confused by it, but its pretty simple. The hold switch on the remote is only for the remote and you can still have full functionality of your iPod, with the hold switch in the on position on the iPod you only have control over the remote, you can still change volume,song/radiostation, and play/pause. Overall, I think this is a great purchase(not exactly worth $70 CAD after taxes, it should be more like $50 CAD after taxes) and I would suggest it to anyone willing to pay $70 on this. My only problem is, the cord length, some say it's too much, I say its almost not enough. Hope this helped. Chris

  Summary: First and foremost, these should already be incorporated inside the Ipod, but they aren't so I chose to drop $50 on one so that I could pick up FM frequencies at my gym. The first time I used it it was instantly apparent that there was just way too much cord clutter. The radio remote does come with a set of headphones with a shorter cord length, but if you want to use the external ipod remote, and if your like me and tuck the cords into your short while working out, the shorter length probably won't work out for you. So I am stuck using the traditional Ipod headphones with the added cord length of the radio remote and it got a little messy. Cords aside, the sound is great and its nice having the ability to adjust frequencies both on the Ipod and the external remote. Again, please keep in mind that I only use this while at the gym so the above will not apply to everyone.
