Brilliant Multi Function Printer

Summary: Airprint does work. You need to download Epson Printer finder to your phone/ipad and go to setup AirPrint. Then if your using Pages on the ipad or iPhone you can go to tools and click on share and print then go to print. All should be good. It definitely works on my iPad 3. Pity you gave it a 1 star!!

Air Print does not work....

Pros: Easy to set up and add to network. Windows platform setup a snap.
Cons: IOS devices (iPhone 4, new iPad) does not see this printer. Network configuration has been verified with EPSON and APPLE. EPSON iPrint app sees printer. EPSON tech support refuses to resolve this issue where it is clearly a framework problem.

Summary: I purchased this printer knowing it had the Air Print feature. It is quite affordable. I was able to install the printer without any issues on my wireless network. Windows 7 workstations & laptops installed without issue.
My iPhone 4 would not see the printer unless I rebooted the printer. Same with my new iPad. Once the printer went to sleep the IOS devices no longer saw the printer.
I contacted EPSON tech support and clearly identified the problem to be an APPLE problem and not their printer.
Buyer be where. If you are looking for a printer with Air Print capabilities, look elsewhere.
