The good: The Epson WorkForce WF-3540 workhorse multifunction is built for performance with cloud printing capabilities, extra-large-capacity ink cartridges, dual 250-sheet paper trays, an intuitive touch-screen display, and an external USB port for standalone copying and scanning.
The bad: The 3.5-inch touch-screen display works well with gesture navigation, but its fixed angle inhibits its usability in higher positions.
The bottom line: Complete with wireless access, remote printing in the cloud, an interactive touch screen, and several paper trays, the Epson WorkForce WF-3540 is well-prepared to handle large workloads for home offices, corporate teams, and everything in between.

Awesome printer!

Pros: FAST! Easy to setup, easy to scan to network (even with Server 2012 managing all the computers, you just have to allow the software through the Windows firewall.) Very sleek looking with all black, and fits nice on my desk! NOT too big! Just high.
Cons: None so far!

Summary: I replaced this printer for my HP Pro 8500 which was loud, junky, wasn't always able to connect to etc. I used HP since I was in Junior High. I'm now 25 and can say I'm in LOVE with Epson! Thank you for making a quality printer!

Pros: Great price, compact, user friendly, quick and easy set up, great quality, print from anywhere, no wires, print from computer, iPhone, iPad all with ease, great online support, etc. Will highly recommend to all my friends.
