This FAX machine is a cheap piece of junk.

Pros: Sends OK using FAXTOY.NET
Cons: The quality of printing is poor. Lines over print each other. The paper jams. HP won't even help me. I called their tech support and they don't understand me. They even suggested I buy a reconditioned one from them. I emailed HP and they won't help.

nice little home fax with expensive ink

Pros: It's a perfect little home/office fax. Easy to use with OK quality
Cons: The ink that came with it ran out after about 5-6 pages. The new $33 ink cartridge I bought cost over half of what I paid for the fax itself. If I had read the reviews first I might have gotten a different brand
