The good: The HP Photosmart 7520 all-in-one is a cost-efficient introduction to the world of cloud access, remote printing, and simple interactions with the unit's large 4.33-inch color touch screen.
The bad: With no support for Ethernet, this printer won't do much for IT shoppers looking to link to a hardwired network.
The bottom line: The HP Photosmart 7520 earns its "all-in-one" moniker and adds cloud printing, remote accessibility, wireless connectivity, and app downloads to its list of features for busy households and small offices.
Pros: Prints nice documents if you use high settings. Customer service polite.
Cons: HUGE scans. If you scan documents to email - forget it. Ten pages at 200 dpi is over seven mgs. It has caused nothing but problems for my business. May work with Mac - but just for photos. Mac or PC - can't email a readable file.

Summary: What home office doesn't scan and email documents? If they're one page - maybe okay. It picks up a background on text documents and produces file sizes that are not email compliant. I don't care if you use a PC or Macintosh - impossible. We tried three different computers - with different operating systems. Called Customer Service and they agreed - this is not good for documents. Many reviewers have misled tons of people. Did they just use it for photos? NOT FOR HOME OFFICE. Tiny cartridges run out of ink so quickly.
Pros: -Photo quality is superb
-Cartidges(564's) are cheap and easy to find
-printing from iphone is seamless form this printer.
-usb port on front for scanning to and printing from
-touchscreen is easy to use.
Cons: -android printing on eprint doesnt allow web pages
-more expensive then some similar off brands (although cartridges are cheaper)
-no usb in box, i know nobody does it any more, but it would be nice.

Summary: This printer will suprise you with it's smooth and quick photo printing. I have had a number of friends amazed when they drop by my place and I have them print a picture from their phone. Wireless features are nice and easy to use. Touch screen controls make this printer easy to set up and a quick to task printer(no infinite menu scrolling!). Caught it on sale at bestbuy for $149 and at taht pirce it is a great deal for what you get. It does have a document feeder as well which for me is a mice extra bonus. I haven't used the fax yet, but it seemed straigh forward in the directions. Best part was with my Win8 tablet the drivers were already installed so no setup!
Pros: Photo printing quality is superb. Color balance is true to the screen.
Cons: Customer service is LOUSY. 3 hours on the phone with tech support and they cant figure out why their product is printing a border on one edge only when its set to borderless.

Summary: Called twice to tech support for help with the above issue and both times were told senior management would look into this and call back. Never received a call back from them. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, I was never afforded the opportunity. I sent an email expressing my displeasure and no response was heard. I was sent a customer survey and finally got a response from my comments. HP's solution was that they arent sure why its not printing borderless 4x6 but it was recommended to return the printer to the store I bought it and if I bought another HP printer, they would add an extra year of warranty onto it. Lets just say, I am not interested in purchasing another HP product.
Summary: This is the greatest photo printer I've ever seen. The text and scan quality could be better. The instructions on how to use the different features is miserable.
