Couldn't get it connected to network.

Pros: none, since I couln't get it to work.
Cons: Unable to get set up, Windows 7 w/ Cisco router, never able to be recognized. Was on hold with Tech Support for at least an hour and a half and still couldn't connect. Boxed up and returned. Do not buy this or any product from Buffalo

Basics work out-the-box

Pros: Buffalo meant it when they said "Quick Setup." From fully boxed to able to see it on my network, the Cloudstor only took 10 minutes. Most of it was spent waiting while the hard drive formatted.
Cons: My major complaint is that a USB-connected hard drive reads media ok when you view it as a network share, but you cannot view it through the my.cloudstor.com account over the web.... There's a firmware update coming that will address this though...

Works good for why I bought it.

Pros: Can backup any thing I want to it.
Can access it from any internet connection
Easy to set up
Can drag and drop files in Windows to it
Cons: Printer share does not work, can only print attachment from email from one email address
Cannot adjust how to print, other than portrait or landscape

Very disappointing

Pros: Cheap and good idea just doesn't work
Cons: Unable to get set up, Mac user with time machine, never able to be recognized, not a computer expert but not easy set up. Was on hold with Tech Support for an hour and a half. Boxed up and returned. Do not buy this or any product from Buffalo.

Avoid Buffalo At All Costs

Pros: Cheap...but you get what you pay for.
Quiet...but is it really working.
Small...but maybe size matters.
Cons: I have been fighting with this drive for months. I thought it was me, as I am a neophyte.
Well, I have learned my issues are not me, but they are this drive. All you have to do is go to the buffalotech.com website and check out the forums regarding
