poor product support & repair

Pros: works great when it works
Cons: since Gefen has "updated" their splitter my box is not current so they will not repair it. I asked for the supervisor (Christoper) but was told he was busy and would call back... my investments in Gefen products are a loss since they will not repair

Summary: I purchased a Gefen product years ago that they now have updated now making my box discontinued. When I called Gefen requesting to send in my box for repair (I was expecting to pay) they informed me they do not repair anything but current boxes. I have invested in several other Gefen products not knowing they do not repair. Based on my experience I would suggest purchasing a product from a company that will repair it's products!

When two or more HDMI splitters are connected together, they can be used to create a larger distribution. The HDMI splitter is connected using a HDMI cable from the HDMI source to the HDMI splitter input. There are three HDMI outputs. HDMI output 1 is the primary connection and is used for the main display. Outputs two and three follow the main display.
