Decent router, good features, bad support

Summary: We purchased this router about a year ago and configured it with multiple sites. It has been very stable in the year we've had it, but it has been a nightmare getting it work with the Global VPN Client. We have nothing but problems and even had to use a beta of their VPN software for it to connect properly and lease an IP from this router.
In addition, SonicWALL likes you to submit issues using their online helpdesk system. They failed to answer my questions even after a week of being posted, even though I submitted problems that required urgent resolution. When I called to follow up, I had to wait on hold a long time and several times left messages that were never returned.
In all the product did not deliver, SonicWALL cannot seem to solve basic problems, such as VPN connection issues, and their support is terrible.
