  battery that came with wasn't very strong

  Pros: easy to install

  Cons: battery life too short, battery heated up

  Summary: The battery that came with my Dell laptop was weak. I replaced it with one from http://www.batteries4less.com/dell/dell_toc.html and it works much better.

  Not great battery, but service is good

  Pros: The product wasn?t good but the service has been very supportive. Then on, no problems

  Cons: Out of the box, not good at all. May be that I got a rare, faulty piece

  Summary: What I received was a faulty battery but I was pleased with the way the service request has been handled. Got it rectified and is now working without any interference.

  This is a serviceable laptop computer power source.

  Pros: Works very well at providing power to a small selfcontained computer for a while.

  Cons: This product tends to stop working after three or four hours of use. Youi are then forced to reload this product with energy from some external source such as nuclear power generation or coal.

  Summary: I like this product for it's ability to make my small appliance glow and whir. The only problem I can find with this power source is it's inability to continue working for more than an afternoon. Perhaps my product is defective in some way. Also, this product is VERY hard to find and fluctuates in price and electrical and physical specifications vary wildly. Thank you very much for your attention.
