DELL SELLS TRASH! DELL COMPUTERS RUN LESS THAN ONE YEAR

Pros: None of it
Cons: I used two new Insrpiron 14 laptops. The first one's LCD monitor crushed within two days, and the replacement has THE SAME LCD problems after 6 months! They refused to either refund me money or extend the warranty.
