Great Machine

Pros: Excellent battery life, easy to use keyboard, all the features I wanted.
Cons: Intuit programs cut off at bottom of screen.

Summary: Great Machine. 7+ hours on battery with streaming audio/video, web mail and web browsing, keyboard easy to use, scroll feature, better Wi-Fi and wireless router pick up than my HP laptop. Looked for the LG and this Toshiba model because they were top rated in Consumer Reports and had good user ratings on CNET (no offense editors). Shopped at Best Buy and Fry's because I wanted to buy from a neighborhood store, rather than online store, in case I had any problems I could complain to a real person. Best Buy didn't carry the LG or the Toshiba, Fry's didn't carry the LG, but had the NB-205-211, an upgraded model with a smudge proof case and nicer keyboard. Worked right out of the box, set up in 15 minutes, charges in less than 2 hours, battery lasts 7+ hours with streaming audio/video and web browsing (enough for a cross country flight or a day's work outside the office). Installed most programs by copying original CD from desktop CD drive to external hard drive then plugging USB into the netbook. Microsoft programs required external CD for installation, which Staples did for $15.00 (less than buying an external netbook CD to only install programs). Excellent machine, not sure I would be happier with the LG. Costs a little more, but satisfaction is worth something. Same circumstances would buy the same machine again.

The cutest little thing with some serious kick

Pros: - Battery life is fenomenal
- Keyboard does not require any getting used to
- Surprisingly fast
- Small and light
- The LED backlight allows for a comfortable use outside in the patio
Cons: - Unlike its white-colored brother (PLL20U-00P01D) this one does not have a built-in Bluetooth (but who cares, usb adapters are so microscopic nowadays)
- Unlike its while-colored brother this one does not have a fingerprint-proof rippled lid
