  Summary: After replacing mid duty chairs every year due to lift failure, I invested in this heavy use chair, hoping it would last for several years. Imagine my dissapointment and frustration when after ONLY 3 months the lift began to intermittently fail. A month after receiving a replacement lift, I have still not succeeded in removing the defective lift from the chair. Phone calls and emails to True Innovations have not resulted in any useful information in terms of removing the defective lift without mutilating the rest of the chair. Solution, send an entire replacement base, 5 star base and lift. Problem, they sent the wrong one. 2 months later, I still do not have a working chair and Im waiting for yet another replacement base. I should have just bought another, lower cost, mid duty chair and I could be working on something more productive for the next year.
