Great game but many bugs

Pros: Incredible graphics, diverse landscapes, good on-screen help
Cons: Several freezes/crashes, high-powered computer needed, game determines when to save-you can't

Pay attention to the minimum requirements for the game. After reading the Ubisoft tech support boards it's obvious that they really are necessary. Some computers with minimum reqs have a difficult time with the game. My computer is only a few weeks old so it handles the graphics without any problem.
Note that there are still significant bugs in the game - it freezes at certain points, Alt-Tab doesn't work on some systems, along with assorted other things. The v1.02 patch just released doesn't fix these problems. Ubisoft should have waited a few more months before releasing this great game. I would have rated the game higher if it were more stable.
Might be good to read the Ubisoft forums to see the difficulties others are experiencing if you have any doubts that your system is powerful enough to play this great game.
