  Very good for it's time, but lacking key points.

  Pros: The songs used in the game are all good songs that are currently used in the GHIII for the 360/PS2/3. The same style of play comes into it, and it has an even feel about it.

  Cons: Downloadable Content has been disabled. According to the contributors of the DLC, don't know if it's Aspyr, Activision, or any other ones, but if they unlocked DLC, we would just "pirate it for other users."

  Summary: My final conclusion: if you want a game that has good songs, good ways to play them, but don't really have much of an internet connection, this is a good game for you. 360/PS2/3 users will find this game to be very lacking, without the DLC, but I'm sure you'll live with the originals.
