Very good game

Pros: Best NFS ever, better than undercover and street pro, haven't tried shift yet.but i think they would be in the same league.

Cons: very bad customer support, works on to narrow range of video cards, soultion from support is to BUY IT AGAIN FROM THEM TO RETURN TO STORE WHERE PURCHASED

Summary: Its a mix between u1 , u2 , and mw. graphics are ok , story its ok , a lot of bugs on this game , ea support its almost non existence , they will send you a (can) answer straight from a cookie cutter on an email 3 days after you have your problems. Online gaming experience its bad, keep getting disconected from the ea servers ramdomly , it crashes to the desktop too often. But overall not good , not bad , just another average racing game. I really was expecting much more out of this game but i was very dissappointed. Too many bugs and the lack of good customer support , thats why i gave it a 5 , otherwise i would it rate this game higher. Please EA keep your customers happy or you will loose all of them.
