Buggy. Avoid it until expansion is stabilized.

Pros: - New musical instruments
- Celebrity perks (and downfalls)
- Becoming a vampire
Cons: - Extremely buggy; sims overlap with other objects / sims causing performance issues, elevators don't work properly (e.g. "Aquarius" location), sims disappear completely, system hangs whilst saving sims into the library in "Edit Town" mode.
