Many types of buildings.

Pros: Many different varieties of buildings, businesses and the ability to add some items to your buildings is pretty awesome.
Cons: It gets laggy on my pc when there is a plethora of new yorkers on the street, even though i meet the recommended system requirements. Gameplay can get repetitive after 1-2 hours of playing. Buggy when quitting game.

Summary: Laggy at some points of game, and kind of buggy when leaving a game. Great game if you want to know what it feels like to be able to manage new york city. Customization is awesome. This was a great game for the price i got it for. (around 7 bucks).
