Great sound for the price. Easy setup. Can be loud.

Pros: Great sounds from the satellites.
Loud and great for music and movies, specially the soundstage.
Cons: No remote again.

I just watched a movie and could here them stepping on soil/sand.
Too bassy for music for my test but overall its ok I guess.

Sound great with great styling.

Pros: Terrific sound quality. Neat styling. It's a real bargain, especially at a major online auction house for well under $150.

Excellent sound, top quality design and construction

Pros: The speakers produce clean, crisp and accurate audio... i was amazed to see that there was no distortion in max! Lovely sub! Great, thumpy, deep sound!! And perfect combination of the satellites and subwoofer for a rich and whole music/sound!
Cons: Well.... NONE!! flawless!

Summary: I bought these on a whim after hearing them in a computer shop. they sounded good there and the price was right. I was even more impressed when I got them home and hooked them up to my Mac Pro -- GREAT sound. Midrange can be a little shallow, but overall, the sound is very solid. I was impressed by the sound with music, movies AND games. Nice, well-rounded system at a really good price.

Summary: I just needed multimedia speakers to use with my Apple MBP when it's 'docked' on my desk and these fit the bill. The L/R speakers are small enough to rest under my 23" Cinema Display, while the subwoofer can sit unseen behind my opened MBP.
The sound is fine with TV (via a Slingbox) or similar audio sources, but is weak with music. Since I didn't purchase these to serve as primary speakers for that application, that is acceptable to me.
