  The Philips SensoTouch 3D 1250XCC is a mid-cost electric shaver. The dual blade system of these shaver heads is designed to lift the hair up, so that you can shave without irritation or skin cuts (this is what Philips calls their Patented Lift & Cut Action). The GyroFlex 3D heads of this shaver follow every contour of your face, which makes for a close, comfortable shave. These heads are also equipped with the UltraTrack technology, which ensures they will shave every hair within a few strokes. This is because of the three seperate tracks for normal, long and short hair. This shaver is a step up from the lower cost SensoTouch 3D 1250X in that it has the Jet Clean system (which washes stubble away from the blades, dries the shaver, lubricates it, and then charges it). However, this shaver lacks the higher cost SensoTouch 3D 1260Xs 5 level battery indicator (instead of 3 level battery indicator) and metallic frame (instead of ruby black ... PROS: (1) quick charging - takes about an hour for a full charge (2) provides a closer, more comfortable shave when compared to competing shavers (3) proprietary Jet Clean System - automated shaver cleaning system (4) slick, futuristic looking device (5) long warranty period - 2 years ... CONS: (1) uses blister packaging - hard to open up (2) can leave users a little sore due to the shavers closeness (3) requires special cleaning/lubricating liquid for the cleaning system (4) non-replaceable battery
