  Cons:

  Summary: This is an excellent total back massager. Expensive, but got it on sale. It has a powerful kneading action and more gentle when rolling action is selected. If you find it too aggressive as I first did put a thick towel over the back to tone down to your liking. The wide feature works on the rolling action which is a good thing to have. The spot feature is very handy to direct the action where needed and keep it there. I have lower back pain on the left side of the spine where the muscle is like a tight knot and after just 3 days of using it 3 times a day I feel better already. It is amazing that a machine can deliver such results that would cost in the hundreds for professional massages. Worth more than the money I paid. I find that it has increased the blood circulation while strengthening and toning the back. I have tried 3 different demos and this one seems to do it all from the shoulders to the lower back. If you want to massage the trapezus or the top part of the shoulder then get a separate one for the neck and shoulders.
