  Summary: I was pretty excited to get this product; it had all the features I was looking for plus a slim wall-mount design. Saturday morning I removed my doorbell and installed the intercom. Then I discovered the audio from the camera to the monitor didn't work.
  
  Back to the documentation, which included a reassuring 'Need Help' card with email, chat, and phone support options. I thought I'd be up & running in no time.
  
  Was I ever wrong. Zero weekend & evening support. When I finally reached someone on Monday they had zero troubleshooting options, just told me send it back -- and that it normally took about 4 weeks. I wasn't thrilled with this option, but they offered no others.
  
  I shipped it out on March 20th (I paid); a replacement arrived May 1st and I reinstalled the next day. This one works, but the chrome on the face plate was scratched off in several places. I'd complain, but it'd be another 6 weeks without a doorbell.
  
  One more tech-support tidbit: The monitor had a mysterious slide-switch on the back that wasn't pictured or mentioned anywhere in the documentation.
  On my first call I asked the tech support guy what it was for...he had no idea.
  Later I emailed tech support - no response.
  On another call I asked different tech support person - they didn't know either.
  I asked them to research and let me know. Nothing.
  
  I'll update in a few weeks, hopefully no more suprises!
