  Excellent, fun take on baseball. The new RBI from 80s.

  Cons: A couple of glitches in the game calling, manual is a bit lacking

  Summary: I bought this game when it came out. The place I originally ordered it from had to put it on backorder because there was so much demand.
  
  This game has a new spin on baseball in the US market via its caricaturization of all the major league ballplayers. It is all baseball but the cartoon like quality of the players are what make it stand out. The game play is easy to get used to after a few games. It is a great game for adults and kids and adults with kids. It could rival the classic RBI baseball of the mid 80s. It is a great game to play when friends come over.
  
  Cons: The manual could explain a bit more or be a bit clearer in some areas. You only seem to be able to create a player for season mode , on the PS2, if you go through the long drawn out, dialog laden, career mode. The Wii version is a bit easier I hear.
  
  P.S. I didn't look for Barry Bonds to see if his already abnormally sized head was exaggerated even more. He is not a member of the players association but I think he is missing really because his head would be too big for the game screen.
