Good entertainment

Pros: SCAR rifle is a great weapon
Plenty of dark atmospheric places.
No boring (and predictable) bosses to fight
Cons: A bit too much conversation for my liking.
Butcher Bay shows its age and is actually quite boring in the first half.
Load times are way too long for both games.
Not enough weapons and selection is fairly clunky.

Summary: I disagree with the editor's review. I found Dark Athena quite good,and Butcher Bay fairly boring for the most part. in any event, Riddicks voice and comments are worth the price of the game on their own. Not a game to get too excited about but good for a couple of days entertainment. A number of loose ends have me puzzled though, for instance in Butcher Bay you acquire some poison but never need to use it. In Dark Athena, you are asked to destroy 5 signal jamming stations, but never get anywhere near them to do it.
