  Summary: I just finally got this last night, and I was completely stoked to try it. So I installed it and played for a few hours, then went to sleep. This morning I went to play it again, and when I put in either of the discs, they didn't read. So I reset the system, tried a bunch of different things, and nothing worked. The discs are both fine, with no scratches on them or anything. I also tried my Spiderman 3 blue-ray, which has only come out of the case once or twice, maybe, and that didn't read either. So basically, I'd love to be playing this great expansion right now, but instead I'm writing a review explaining how it broke my PS3. Thanks, Bethesda, for ruining my favourite game.

  Great addition.

  Pros: Large, new area. More interesting characters.

  Cons: Frame rate stutters. Difficulty is awkward to use.

  Summary: I origionally bought Oblivion for PS3 a year ago. I didn't complete the non-main quests and bought Shivering Isles to renew my interest. It is great expansion. The Isles are almost as large as the Cyrodil. There are many new charaters. The Isles remind me of Morrowind and is must have if you liked Morrowind.
