  BOOM every weapon you use explodes is some way i think

  Pros: if your a completist there are 40 types of planes (or more i think) you can pull off some cool stunts (believe me) i'll let you decide on the rest!

  Cons: i am rubbish at this game (i crash lots) ummmmm flexibilty of multiplayer? gets slightly annoying and then you remember to press triangle to change targets...

  Loving this game, best military game yet

  Pros: I love the high speed action, the controls are great, easy to get used to, it isn't too hard for anyone to learn how to control the plane

  Cons: Sometimes there are so many targets to take out and flight command is giving you specific targets so you can't find the required targets and end up losing a mission.

  Summary: I am not much of a gamer anymore. I bought my PS3 pretty much strictly for the blu ray player and HAWX is the second game I've bought in a year. I saw the preview for it on line and had to have it. I got it and I can't take my hands off it. I've tried the ACE COMBAT games on PS2 and was never impressed. This game is great though. The graphics on the ground are great and the controls are awesome. At first, it doesn't allow you to turn off assistance, you have about 8 or 9 missions to complete before learning the assist off mode. Once you get there though, it's incredible. Doing backflips in a jet at 2000MPH is incredible. The enemies don't even know whats coming for them. Your first mission with ARTEMIS is pretty difficult, at least for me cause it was confusing, but after that first mission, it's pretty easy. One cool thing is if you fire a missle and hold the fire but down, you can actually follow the missle all the way to its target. Just make sure you have plenty of room between yourself and the ground before flying blind. The game is incredibly fun, the graphics are great. All in all, if you like any of the TOM CLANCY games, you'll love HAWX. Even if you are just a mediocre gamer, you'll love HAWX. I'm just getting to the point where your character is about to go against ARTEMIS and rejoin the US military. Hope this was helpful.
