Summary: I own the 100 and the number one issue (there is a long list) is the portable satellite radio reception. If I'm walking I have to hold the radio up facing the direction of the satellite. Works much better when driving with the car kit antenna and at home with the antenna stationary. I have not read any reviews on the 2 model that talk about improved chipsets to increase radio reception so if that has not been addressed I'd wait another year so more until it is.

Summary: Sirius should offer a discount if you buy the unit and the docks. For example you pay $349 for the unit and $34.99 for both home and car docks. Or if you prepay for a 6 month or 1 year subscription they give you a free dock with a receiver purchase and the option of a second dock for half price.
