The good: Easy setup with USB plug-and-play access; textured sound quality relative to price and size; travel-friendly design; includes carrying case.
The bad: Short USB cord; small clip won't fit over thicker displays; lacks volume indicator.

Impressive! The sound is pretty good quality!

Pros: It's very easy to use, my operating system is Windows 7 on a newer Fujitsu Laptop. The only reason I bought this was to improve the quality of my very poor sound quality - and that it's portable and no more wires. Well worth the money for me.
Cons: Nothing so far.
