I guess it's OK for the price

Pros: Price
Picture quality
Tech support email response was < 24 hours
Cons: Overall I liked this EXCEPT there is no way to copy a playlist from computer to player. That, and you only have the option of 5 playlists, creatively named "My Music List 1" through "My Music List 5".
Touchscreen action is quite slow.

Summary: Even after contacting support, the ONLY means of adding songs to a playlist is "When in music mode, and listening to a file you wish to add to your playlist, tap setting, and then add list. Select which of the 5 available playlists to add the file to."
Given that I have a number of theatrical pieces, that really need to be played in proper sequence, the playlist limitations became the deal breaker for me.
Had I not previously owned a different brand of player, where I could simply drag & drop playlists from computer to device, I may have kept & lived with this one. As it is, I'll return it for one that costs about twice as much.
