Summary: I replaced my old P4 3.0Ghz, with this CPU. Some things, like video editing, do take a little bit longer but considering that I've been able to reduce the number of fans in my computer because of lower operating temps. I consider it a fair trade. I haven't tried overclocking it, but from reviews that I've seen it does overclock quite well.
