Great game for only $20!

Pros: Classic Game Play, Can do mostly everyting the same as console version. New planes and helicopters!
Cons: Slow Loading times, Sketchy transitions, slow Frame Rate

Summary: This is a GREAT game for the $20 it costs at most stores. The game play is great and the characters are what you have come to expect from the series.
The free roaming environment is the same as Vice City and includes the same level of detail with only a few things removed.
My biggest complaint is the refresh rate and loading times during game play. You will be driving along at a considerable speed and actually outrun the computers processor and nail a tree that wasnt there 2 seconds ago.
