Pros: You can have pets, either dogs or cats, and you can design how you want them to look. You can also train your pets to do tricks, (but mostly they just wander around.) You can also control the moves of your Sim.
Cons: No storyline, you just earn money and build families. Seems very boring because of limited options about what you can do and where you can go. The pets always wander around, and it's hard to teach them something.

Summary: Overall, I found this game to be very boring. It requires no skill at all, and your Sim is capable of living by itself as long as it has a job, (to which it goes to automatically). The pets seem to make no difference in the game because all they do is wander around, you won't even notice them. Everything is very limited, and you don't have a lot of options. I could never earn enough money in order to move on to the next "level".
Summary: I love the game, I am a Sims fanatic but I did the cheats over and over, I managed to get them to work ONE time and can't remember what I did exactly because it was a fluke, but after moving to a new home I could not get the stupid Gnome back to save my life! I agree with the above - Great game , cheat sucks really bad!
