Looks nice but doesn't work

Pros: It looks real nice
Cons: fridge wont hold food below 42 degrees.
All they have done is put new parts on hoping that it will fix it. GE has me now leaving it unplugged for 2 day and plug it back in, cross my fingers hope it works.
