  2 months old Ice Maker has yet to work 6 repair visits

  Pros: Large beautiful unit.

  Cons: So far ice maker has not worked. Replaced all computer parts. Kitchenaid refuses to replace. More repairs scheduled

  Summary: I love the look and the capacity. I am hoping the can eventually fix ice maker. So far there has been 6 service calls but since only two were actually replacing parts and the other four were just service guys scratching their heads and guessing what parts to order, Kitchenaid says that technically there has been only 2 actual repair attempts. Hey what about the other 4 times I had to wait around for the Tech to show. Very disappointed in Kitchenaid customer service.

  I purchased this refrigerator/freezer two months ago.

  Pros: Lots of room.

  Cons: This model makes an annoying high pitched whine when running and it is running about 90% of the time. Kitchenaid will not do anything about it. They said that that is just the noise it makes.
  I would not recommend this unit because of the noise.

  The Loudest Refrigerator on the PLANET.....

  Pros: Gorgeous asthetically.

  Cons: If you don't mind a prop plane sound going off in your kitchen every 15 minutes than this for you!!! Had Service man come out and said this is normal.Called Kitchenaid and they said can't help us.All reviews above are correct. We are returning it.

  Summary: Beautiful but for the premium price we will go with another brand..LOUD LOUD LOUD. In my 43 years have never heard a Refrigerator that sounds like this.

  Ours hasn't worked properly since they plugged it in!

  Pros: Big, nice looking

  Cons: After numerous attempts to repair the never ending plethora of problems, KitchenAid is now telling us that "They might have a fix for one of the problems possibly in 4 to 6 months".

We've had many parts replaced, but nothing has helped. Definitely not what one would expect from a new refrigerator, especially from one that cost $3K
